Here is a quick look at what happened on Friday night:

Thibodaux 12, South Lafourche 3 (at Galliano, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: The lone TD of the game came when Thibodaux QB Luke Alleman hit Darwin Davis for an 11-yard scoring strike. 

Up next in Week 3: Thibodaux (2-0 overall) hosts McDonough 35; South Lafourche (0-2 overall) is at Central Lafourche.

Terrebonne 60, Ellender 0 (at Bourg, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: Terrebonne's Jah'Ki Douglas had an 85-yard kickoff return to open the game and Tigers QB Ryan Williams was 10-of-19 for 194 yards and three TDS. He also had 92 yards rushing.

Up next in Week 3: Terrebonne (1-1 overall) is at South Terrebonne; Ellender (1-1 overall) is at H.L. Bourgeois.

Central Lafourche 56, Franklin 16 (at Mathews, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: Trojans running back Deon Jenkins ran for 204 yards on 18 carries and had five scores in the win.

E.D. White Catholic 28, H.L. Bourgeois 7 (at Houma, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: Branton Vicknair had a 34-yard TD run and returned a 60-yard punt for a touchdown for E.D. White, which also got a 28-yard scoring pass from Dominic Archila to Grant Blouin and a 1-yard TD run from Patrick Shonacher.

Up next in Week 3: EDW (2-0 overall) hosts Assumption; H.L. Bourgeois (0-2 overall) hosts Ellender.

South Terrebonne 53, Berwick 28 (at Berwick, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: The Gators racked up 318 yards on the ground to go with seven rushing TDs.

Westgate 53, Vandebilt Catholic 13 (at Houma, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: Terriers quarterback Gavin Daigle hit Hayes Thompson for an 84-yard TD strike for Terriers ... Westgate's Jaquellan Allen had a 99-yard INT return for TD for Tigers at the end of the first half and Tigers WR Kayshon Boutte scored three times (two passes, one on ground) and had five catches for 204 yds.

Assumption 34, Patterson 0 (at Patterson, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: The Mustangs defense held Patterson to 62 total yards and came up with three turnovers.

East St. John 30, St. James 13 (at Vacherie, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: St. James led 23-7 at halftime.

Westminster Christian 47, Houma Christian 27 (at Schriever, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: Westminster led 23-7 at halftime.

Covenant Christian Academy 22, Sci Academy 0 (at Thibodaux, nondistrict game)

Quick Hits: CCA quarterback Blane Boudreaux scored the first points of the season for CCA when he punched it in from a yard out on a keeper play early on the opening possession of the game and the Lions got to Sci Academy the punter twice in the first quarter with tipped balls, giving them strong field position that eventually led to the two touchdowns ... In the fourth quarter senior Cameron Calloway recovered his own blocked punt to give CCA the ball inside the 10. Calloway's play led to a field goal ... The Lions finished with 186 yards of total offense after producing only 23 the week before and their secondary held the Commodores to a 7-of-40 clip through the air for just 79 yards ... The Sci Academy offense at no point pushed the ball past the CCA 30.
