Children are invited to wear Halloween costumes and go trick-or-treating Tuesday during a fall festival in Northport.

The festival, sponsored by the Northport Police Department and Turning Point Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services, will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kentuck Park, 3401 Fifth St.

Admission is free.

NPD officers will distribute candy and food trucks will sell refreshments. There will also be inflatable bounce houses.

In case of inclement weather, the fall festival will be held at the Northport Civic Center, 3500 McFarland Blvd.
