ST. ANDREWS STATE PARK - The community is invited to join Keep PCB Beautiful and Panama City Dive Club for the third annual end of summer jetties clean-up at St. Andrews State Park on Saturday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
“Anyone that wants to help clean up in St. Andrews Park on Saturday will get complimentary admission to the park by emailing email@example.com and requesting a letter to be printed, one per person,” a news release stated. “Individuals can either walk the beaches and the park to clean up trash or dive with Panama City Dive Club to collect debris from the Gulf covering five sections of the jetties.”
One free tank — while supplies last, first come first served — will be available for pickup at Panama City Diving at 106 Thomas Drive prior to the event. An admission letter to the park must be provided to receive the tank.
Registration will run from 8:30-9:00 a.m. at the park, with a briefing around 9:30-9:45 a.m. Breakfast will be provided by Tudors Biscuit World in Panama City and beverages by Langers Juices. Mesh bags and snips will be provided while supplies last, and participants must present their certification card to receive supplies.
