ACTION: Approved creation of a Special Education Advisory Council.
ACTION: Approved revisions to district's policy for behavioral health services for students.
ACTION: Accepted bid from The River Church to lease the vacant East Houma Elementary School facility for $2,200 per month for at least three years starting Oct. 1.
ACTION: Accepted bid from TBT Contracting Inc. for renovating Terrebonne and South Terrebonne hgh schools' auditoriums for a total base project cost of $553,338.
ACTION: Approved substantial completion of the artificial turf fields at South Terrebonne and Terrebonne high schools as of Aug. 14.
ACTION: Approved a change order o thef Southdown Elementary School construction project to increase contract time by 340 calendar days from June 16, 2018 to May 22, and the substantial completion date of May 22.
ACTION: Accepted proposal from Delta Dental Insurance Co. for group dental, effective Jan. 1.
ACTION: Accepted bid for hunting and trapping privileges beginning Sept. 1 through Aug. 31, 2024 from Blaine Domingue for $6,005.
ACTION: Approved assignment of campsite lease on the banks of Bayou Barre from Kenneth Stoufflet to Jeffrey Matherne for the remainder of the current lease through Aug. 31, 2027.
ACTION: Adopted a resolution Louisiana Compliance Questionnaire for the 2018-19 fiscal year confirming that representations in the June 30 audit were made to the best of the board's knowledge.
ACTION: Adopted the 2019-20 budget for the special revenue fund.
ACTION: Adopted the 2019-20 revised budgets for the special revenue funds.
ACTION: Approved a proclamation declaring that Sept. 17-23 as Constitution Week.
