Shelton State Community College Workforce Development will host a come-and-go information session for Hale County residents interested in the automotive industry on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at Piggly Wiggly, 115 Main St.,  in Greensboro. The event is free, and all are invited to attend.

For students concerned about minimal work experience and educational background, Shelton State can assist with securing grant funding for available options in Adult Education, Ready-to-Work basic skills training, and the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council. These industry-recognized credentials will provide the skills and education necessary to succeed in the automotive industry.
