DESTIN — If you're planning on traveling in or out of the Destin harbor Monday morning, you might want to plan ahead.

According to a City of Destin news release, the mouth of the Destin harbor will be closed for approximately one hour, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., Monday as crews with a dredge company move pipe across the channel. The pipes will be marked.

The closure is part of a $12 million Norriego Point stabilization and restoration project.
