CRESTVIEW — A drunk man was arrested for trespassing after he refused to leave a local restaurant, lawmen say.

The incident occurred at Helen Back Again on June 25, according to a Crestview Police Department arrest report.

Restaurant employees told officers the 42-year-old Ponce de Leon man was causing a disturbance with staff members and customers when they refused to let him ride his motorcycle because he was drunk. The restaurant wanted him trespassed from that location.

When told he had to leave, the man refused.

He was charged with trespassing and has a July 20 court date.
