How did you pick the band’s name?

Palafox Road is where the downtown strip is in Pensacola. We like nightlife and love Pensacola — it only seemed fitting to name it after that.

Describe you or your band’s vibe in five words or less?

“Rock & Roll All Nite”

Who are your top three influences?

Guns N’ Roses, Whitesnake and Iron Maiden

What are your pre-performance rituals?

Showing up late and making Bradley unload the trailer by himself, drinking some caffeine to get amped, maybe a little stretching.

What do you hope people will think when they hear your music?

That guitar-based music isn’t dead! We hope they realize there’s more bands out there like us trying to revive the rock ‘n’ roll scene and put an end to the electronic garbage all over the radio.

What music are you listening to right now?

I just listened to the Toad the Wet Sprocket discography for six hours straight at work.

What music is your guilty pleasure?

Today’s pop country.

What’s in the works for your music career?

A new album before the end of the year, touring the country/world, signing to a big label, becoming music icons globally and landing on the cover of Rolling Stone. Hey, a man can dream right?
